Q. What shipping services do you offer?

A. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada - for your convenience a number of other express options are also available at checkout via Canada Post.

Q. What are the processing / shipping times?

A. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Our shipping times will vary based on location, please see this page for a more accurate estimate based on your location.

Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. At this time we operate and ship domestically within Canada. We are looking to offer shipping options for those interested in international orders in the near-future.  

Q. What is the return policy?

A. Due to the nature of our product, we unfortunately cannot offer returns on opened products. However, if you are dissatisfied in any way with your experience please reach out & we will do our best to remedy the situation!

Q. How do I make changes to an order I've already placed? 

A. To make changes to an order that has already been processed, please reach out to our Support Team via Direct Message (on any of our Social Media accounts) or our On-Site chat feature & we will be happy to assist!

Q. I did not receive my confirmation email or order, what should I do?

A. If you have not received a confirmation email after 2 business days or your order has not arrived 4 business days after the estimated arrival date, please reach out to our support team via Direct Message (on any of our Social Media accounts) or our On-Site chat feature & we will promptly look into the situation.

Q. What substances are detected by the DrinkGuard test strip?

A. DrinkGuard Drink Spiking Detection Kit strips test for the presence of minimal standard dosages of Ketamine and GHB (Gamma hydroxybutyrate) in beverages.

Q. How do I use the DrinkGuard test strip?

A. DrinkGuard helps to keep you safe by detecting harmful substances in your drink so you don't have to guess.

  • Step 1: Retrieve a single-use test strip and apply a drop of your beverage onto both of the testing areas.
  • Step 2: Review the testing areas for a change in colour, If your Drinkguard strip turns blue or orange: DO NOT DRINK!
Q. What is the product disclaimer?

A. DrinkGuard Drink Spiking Detection Kit strips test for the presence of minimal standard dosages of Ketamine and GHB (Gamma hydroxybutyrate) in beverages. Smaller quantities may not be detected. Drinks that contain Milk, or are Red in colour may produce a false positive. Follow product instructions exactly. Place drink sample on the test strip. Do not dip the test strip directly into a beverage. Please be aware, a beverage producing a negative result may still be unsafe as it may contain dangerous substances other than those tested for.
